Get along to the Margaret Watkins exhibition at The Hidden Lane Gallery in Finnieston. If you don’t know the gallery, it’s worth getting to know. They put on great stuff there, like this photographic series from Watkins time in Paris. They’ve already shown her major work, and this should be on till well into next year. Also, Glasgow Print Studio are running their Christmas exhibition from tonight.

For the gear-heads reading, here’s a link to my dpreview thread about the K-5′s focussing issues. I think my header for the topic dragged quite a few people in, as it was posted in the Pentax SLR forum. Anyway, cleared up the potential issues for me, and assured me I wasn’t going mad. I’m taking it back to the retailer on Saturday, who are thankfully an independent store, so I’m hoping for a reasonable conversation and some kind of outcome:
